The company was founded by David Russell, author of the book Success With People. David kept getting asked by clients how to implement his recommendations in software, but he felt the software solutions on the market were incomplete, overpriced and too difficult to use.
Therefore in 2006 David began working with a team of software developers at The Computer Solutions Company (“TCSC”) in Richmond, Virginia and in July 2008 introduced version 1.0 of MANAGEtoWIN. After TCSC completed the foundational programming, David took over development in 2007. Currently we offer version 2.1 of MANAGEtoWIN. Our mission statement says our objective clearly:
