Here are some ways to use these comparison reports:

  1. Promotion:  Compare a junior employee with a senior employee to consider whether the junior person can be developed into a more senior position.
  2. Cloning:  Compare a job candidate with a top performing employee in that role to consider where they are alike, how they differ, and whether the results indicate the job candidate can be successful in the position.
  3. Conflict:  You have two employees who are not working productively together, or are in conflict.  Compare the two to help them understand how to work more effectively and/or get along better.
