Bootstrapped from the beginning, we are privately owned and operated by a small group with big ideas. We started as a software company offering MANAGEtoWIN, our HRIS and performance management app. We found that our customers needed more, so we added leadership consulting and training to help companies like yours manage their people, performance, and resources more effectively.
