Funny, engaging, challenging… Dave Russell is often referred to as the “People Guy” for IT entrepreneurs. Are you looking for a game changer? He has 37 years’ business experience, mostly as a 32 year veteran of the computer channel who has been a reseller, systems builder, vendor, and founder of an HP-funded venture that hosted 1,800 online stores. Today he splits his time between consulting, writing, and being an active computer channel vendor through MANAGEtoWIN software.
His fifth book, The Company Culture Challenge, builds upon his earlier effort, Success With People, a twelve-step program for leaders addicted to poor management habits. His goal is to introduce and train 10,000 leaders on his LEADERSHIP Essentials system by the close of 2020 to better engage your company’s greatest assets – your employees – so your organization competes more effectively in today’s challenging economic times.
Dave lives in Novato, California with his wife of 37 years, plus a sibling group of four young adopted children. They also have three wonderful biological children who are grownups and out on their own, two special granddaughters, and a young man who lives with his biological sisters out of state.
